Please note that our chocolates are perishable goods, therefore we are not able to accept the return of these goods for reasons of hygiene.
All orders are non-refundable.
However, should you receive a damaged order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will require photographs clearly showing the problem for us to determine the cause of damage.
We may consider a refund or replacement for goods of quality issues under special circumstances. However, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
