Payment

All confirmed orders cannot be cancelled and deposits paid for confirmed orders are non-refundable. 

Delivery

Unless otherwise specified, all reasonable commercial endeavours will be used to deliver the goods within 3 working days after your order is accepted. If we are unable to meet any stated dispatch or delivery dates or times we will notify you by phone or email before delivery. Under no circumstances will cancellation of orders or refunds be accepted.

Once the goods have been delivered, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for any loss or damage.
